Induction:

We at RPGCL have a very comprehensive induction in place.

Basically we have 2 kinds of inductions, one is at the respective plant level ( Unit wise), wherein the new joinees are oriented with the respective plant, its manufacturing process and various practices – activities.

And the other is a corporate induction wherein all the new joinees across locations and grades are inducted over a period of 2 days. Sr. Management from all the functions enlightens and updates the new joinees in regards to the company and its various facets – strategies. The induction also has a detailed plant visit, wherein all the new inductees get a flavour of the cable – manufacturing process.

The two induction programs enable every new employee to know the organization that is RPG Cables, what it comprises of and what it stands for. The aim is to ensure that all of you fit into your designated role, in your respective departments and thus become effective on the job, in shortest possible time.
