RPG Cables Ltd has been rated as a Supply Chain Leader in Wires and cables segment, and has received award for excellence in supply chain management, 2010. This analysis and ranking has been done amongst 2000+ Indian manufacturing companies by 9.9 Media’s publication, Logistics 2.0.

Three categories of data, comprising eight parameters, were selected to rep­resent the characteristics of the internal supply chain of manufacturing compa­nies.

These were:

• Inventory (parameters include Raw material holding period, work in progress holding period, and finished goods holding period)
• Cash-to-cash cycle time (creditor days available, debtor days available)
• Financial health indicators (cost of goods as a percentage of sales, fixed asset turnover ratio, PBDIT as percentage of sales).

                              

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Managing Director, Mr. Nikhil Gupta received the award at the grand ceremony held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on the 3rd of March’2010.
